...the paracetamol!

Have you a sore throat? Paracetamol!
Shivers, muscle aches and high fever? Paracetamol, of course!
Backaches, tennis elbow, muscle cramps? Any doubt? Paracetamol!
A stomach ache strong enough to wake you up and make you go to the hospital at 2 o' clock in the night? Try to guess... right: Paracetamol!
Neck pain that obliges you to miss 2 weeks from the job? Paracetamol (but, after two weeks, succeed in persuading the doctor that you have real pain, have an RM and discover that, poor lady, you have a herniated disc...)

I cannot understand why it is so difficult to have a real medical consultation. Probably, it's because the NHS assure a completely-free assistance to all the residents without regards on work status or citizenship and, on this situation, the budget has to be a delicate matter. If I'm right, the paracetamol works as a filter between a serious health problem and a minor pain.
